Cumulative miles: 1635. About 10 miles were due to a wrong turn at the start of the TX 71 segment and a navigational error by yours truly that took us to the wrong hotel. Oops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was an easy hop in terms of navigation (except for the wrong turn which I just don&#8217;t understand &#8211; we were in the right lane and then, suddenly, we were going west instead of east) and the weather was fine, but it was still a long day of travel. We continued to listen to Stephen King&#8217;s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Billy-Summers\/dp\/B08V9HZGJP\">Billy Summers<\/a><\/em>, which we are both enjoying very much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An unexpected sight was a herd of galloping zebras as we passed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freboranch.com\/\">FreBo Ranch<\/a>.
