This was a card day. A windy card day – the ship was rocking enough for me to wear my wrist bands for the first time. But I never felt seasick.<\/p>\n

After a late breakfast, we started playing Hand, Knee and Foot at 11am and didn’t stop until it was time for trivia (4pm). Again, second place.<\/p>\n

Show scene<\/p><\/div>I caught the show before dinner. Yes, contrary to my earlier statement there ARE shows on the Meraviglia<\/em>. This one was titled “Meraviglioso Amor” and consisted almost exclusively of Italian love songs. The voices were good, the dancers were competent if not inspired and the show ended with a small parade of staff. All very nice. So shows exist on the Meraviglia<\/em>, but are not promoted as heavily as on other ships.<\/p>\n

Dinner was very nice. I had chicken Kiev and so did Sybil and Jett. Very tasty. On the way out of the dining room we stopped so I could take a couple of “experimental” shots. I really didn’t think they would turn out well due to the backlighting, but they were actually pretty nice.<\/p>\n

We took on the casino again and pretty much broke even.<\/p>\n
